The Firm
Goldpine Ventures, LLC acquires real estate and real estate contracts as a principal — we are the buyer, not a broker or an agent representing someone else. Acquisitions are funded on our own account and through our network of investor partners, and each position is allocated to the entity or partner best suited to hold it.
We may assign, allocate, or resell any contract or acquisition to an affiliated entity or investor partner. That is how a direct-acquisition firm operates, and we say so plainly up front.
Approach
We buy as the principal. Sellers deal with the decision-maker — no chain of agents, no listing cycle, no committee between the offer and the close.
Where it fits both sides, we structure seller-financed and installment acquisitions. Terms are put in writing, and every party signs with their own counsel.
Acquisitions are allocated across our investor partners and affiliated holding entities. We manage the acquisition process end to end and hold for the long term.
Process
You send the property or the opportunity. We evaluate it against defined criteria and respond directly.
We put terms in writing — cash or seller-financed — and coordinate the paperwork with the parties and their counsel.
We close, then assign or allocate the position to the holding entity or investor partner best suited to own it.
